Orders can be placed online or by email, phone, or fax. 

If you wish to confirm in writing an order placed by phone please clearly mark the form with ‘CONFIRMING ONLY’.

We regret that we are unable to ship our reagents to a PO Box.

To place an order, please provide the following information:

  • Company or academic institution
  • Purchase order number (fax or email copy of PO)
  • or credit card number and expiration date
  • Name, phone number of Billing and Shipping Contacts
  • Shipping Address & Billing Address
  • Catalog number(s) and product description(s)
  • Quantity
  • Special shipping requests  

If you prefer to order by fax, we have an order form available for your use.  For purchase orders, please include a copy of your purchase order number.

Order confirmation:

If you provide an email address, you will be sent an email confirmation of your order, indicating that your order has been received. When your order is shipped, you will also receive another email that will include your FedEx shipping confirmation number.

Shipping:

Within the continental U.S: Antibody reagents contain 0.01% sodium azide and are shipped at room temperature by FedEx Priority Overnight, unless otherwise requested. All Antibody orders shipped outside of the continental U.S. will be lypholized prior to shipping unless dry ice shipping is requested. Products are generally shipped within 24 hours of order acceptance. Orders received after noon on Thursday or on Friday will be shipped on Monday unless otherwise requested. Shipping and handling charges are prepaid ($25/Antibody order within the US) and will be included in the invoice. Orders shipped using cold boxes are subject to an additional $25.00 handling charge.   For orders shipped outside the United States, please contact us for shipping information.

Adenovirus Products: Products are generally shipped within one week of order acceptance. Adenovirus products are shipped overnight on dry ice using FedEx Priority Overnight. Shipping and handling charges are prepaid and will be included in the invoice. Orders shipped are subject to a $75.00 shipping and handling charge.

Pricing:

Prices are specific to the United States, and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices do not include tax, which will be added to orders within Ohio. For tax exempt institutions in Ohio, a blanket exemption certificate must be on file. Please contact us if you have any questions about pricing.

Payment:

For purchase orders, payment is due upon receipt of goods.

Custom preparations & volume discounts:

Please contact us if you are interested in a custom preparation or volume discount for any of our products.

Returns:

The quality of our reagents is guaranteed. If not satisfied with the performance of our reagents, please contact our Customer Service department by phone or email. If it is necessary to return items, contact us for a prior authorization number and return instructions to return your item.  We must receive this notification within 30 business days of product receipt.  Seven Hills Bioreagents will not accept returned products without prior authorization and no credit will be given for products returned without this authorization. 

Limited Warranty:

Seven Hills Bioreagents warrants that our products are accurately described in our package inserts and other literature. Responsibility is not assumed by Seven Hills Bioreagents if products are used for applications not listed in the literature. These reagents are 'For research purposes only. Not approved for diagnostic purposes or for use in humans'.

Replacement Remedy:

Liability is limited to the purchase price or replacement of the reagents. Under no circumstances will Seven Hills Bioreagents be liable for more than the purchase price of the reagents, including any claims related to personal injury, warranty, or damage to private property.
