GeneJNK1-mutant estrogen receptor fusion (tamoxifen-inducible) Vector ConstructionMouse C-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK1) cDNA fused to the mutant estrogen receptor was cloned into the multiple cloning site of pAC-CMV-pLpA. The resulting plasmid was cotransfected into HEK293 cells with plasmid pJM17 which contains the Ad5 genome. This generates a tamoxifen inducible version of JNK1. Supplied AsCrude HEK293 cell lysate. StorageStore at -80°C. Multiple freeze/thaw cycles not recommended. Epitope TagNone QC TestingWestern Blot TiterApprox 1E8/ml
